The SAFe® Product Owner and SAFe® Product Manager (POPM) course covers the tactical responsibilities of these roles in the Agile Release Train. The SAFe POPM course will teach you how to adopt a customer-centric approach to building products, using Scaled Agile Framework® to deliver more value, faster.
During this 24 hours course, you’ll gain an understanding of the role of Product Owner Product Manager in a SAFe enterprise. A better understanding of how to guide teams pre, during and after program increment (PI) and generally how to lead teams with clear requirement to deliver business goals.
